Got one, anyone know much about them, anyone want it?
Looks like a stock ecu that may (or may not) have been tuned by pro shop iida in Japan.
Don't know what difference is (apart from stickers) and don't know if it works yet, was fitted to a car that had pro shop iida extractors.

Anyone happen to have a spare stock ecu that they could take the cover off and compare to the pics for me?
Of course it still doesn't mean too much but would be nice to know.
Might whack it on Rowans car when he's fitted the extractors and get it on the rolling road and do before and after runs.

He has an emanage to go in which will have more scope for tuning in my opinion but anyone interested in me looking into this more?

Looks standard to me aside from stickers obviously. Interesting to see what's on it if anything.

The IC with the sticker on it with the circular indentation is almost certainly programmable. Can you take a clearer picture of the daughterboard so we can see the writing on the main ICs?

I know Richard Batty in conjunction with NR Autosport in the UK have managed to program one, I think he said some of the newer FTO's have eproms but I can't remember the specifics about the difference/how to tell without taking the case off.

Anyway this is more just out of interest, still easier to program an emanage I reckon but i'm not an expert on ecu's (or anything really).

Both of the rectangle ones are eproms, the square one is probably a microprocessor.
