Replacing bumper

Hi, I was in a crash and got my control arm, cross bar, cvs fixed and to reduce labor costs I said I would find myself a bumper and put it on myself with some help with friends. Is there a guide anywhere or does anyone have an idea of a step by step process to attaching bumper?
