which engine is more capable

what motor is more capable the non mivec or the mivec

im torn to whether i rip out my non mivec and slap in a mivec or not.

planned mods in N/A
exhuast (extractors, punched cat, straight pipe)
already have a intake
bored out throttle body
larger injectors (notsure if worth doing as read ftos are already way overdone)
light weight crank pulley
light weight flywheel
piggy back

also want to leave the turbo option open for later, ive read that the gr is much easier to turbo the mivec.
from memory i think mivec has leaning out issues when turbo.

also how much boost can stock internals handle? i think one of the guys on here is running 9psi on a gr engine with around 155kw atw.

read through quiet a few daniel, which suggest to go with a GR.
more curious about in N/A form though.

also can anyone tell me if a 4G93 crank pulley will git a 6a12, cant find anything on it.

whats the difference between a harmonic balancer and a crank pulley? are they just different terms?

they offer this in a crank pulley for 6a12
