Do the RPW cams make more power or just move it?

My Son was asking me about cams the other day as he's thinking about getting an FTO too, my answer was too expensive for little gain but that was just me repeating what i've been hearing for the past x years.
Has anyone actually tried them and got proven results?

There was a member who did get them and said that there was a decent hike in power from how he felt it.

Good luck getting them setup though.. they were kinda prototypical.
