FTO AUSTRALIA

I just bought my first FTO of many and it's all stock besides exhaust and extremely well kept engine/interior but the paint work is covered in scratches, and I can't make up my mind if I want to make it look good or upgrade it's performance first, could some let me know what they did?

I would go performance over cosmetics...

But, then again, there is not a lot you can do with them performance wise...

I would say a bit of both actually. Some performance mods such as intake upgrades and exhaust upgrades will net you good power without having to spend a bomb. Apart from those 2, wouldnt do any more performance wise before looking at the visuals. I guess you might do slotted front rotors and lowering springs first as well come to think of it.

Check if you have roof rust...if it has roof rust...get the rust fixed..and get a whole repaint done.... that's how you kill two birds with 1 shot

Don't forget brakes/handling, too.
