Wind...

So I was driving today on my way to a shopping centre, and as I was driving along a branch fell from a tree and absolutely obliterated by back window, and by that I mean a hole almost half the size of the window and the rest was being held together by the tint, and held up by the brake light in the roof. The only other damage was a small dent near the window and a few scratches on the roof.
The windscreen place have found someone who has an FTO rear window and have quoted 650 to install and tint it. The one that got smashed is the one with the factory wiper installed, so once again just a couple of questions.
1. How many FTO's had the wiper installed?
2. If the window I get doesn't have the hole for the wiper (almost a certainty I believe) then how much do you think I could reasonably sell the wiper and related stuff for?

i think they'd be able to cut a hole in the windscreen if they make windscreens

They don't make them, they only install and repair. I'm not concerned if the wiper is there or not seeing as though there is no control in my car to operate it, I'm thinking more along the lines that if I'm going to have to spend all the hey repairing it then I most we'll make something back by selling it. They first went looking through all their books and the FTO wasn't even listed in any of them, so they made a few calls and found someone who had one. One of them didnt even know it was a Mitsubishi...

Mind you, if they are able to do it, I'm not complaining

If you do get a rear windscreen and it doesnt have the wiper hole
Just remove the wiper moter itself,
Should be three bolts and a wire plug, maybe an earth screw.
Just unbolt It and put it on the shelf (:

Ive got rear windows both with and without the wiper hole if that helps. Problem is, buggered if I know how to ship without breaking.
