How sure are you that it was 1.59 and not 1.58 or 2.01?

Well it was 1:59 when he/she was at the roundabout. I looked at the digital clock and it ticked over to 2:00.

Was driving a Hiace.I saw another FTO same day I saw the white GPX that I didn't mention.
It was a red one on Cessnock Rd in Neath.
Plates were FTO-097
Looked like WA plates but didn't get a good enough look.
And I'm on the road 7 hours + a day.
