how high till it pops

Just wanted thoughts on a high km engine and if the 6A12 is a strong unit and if looked after will still take a flogging on the random occasion.
Basically the car has 250km and looks clean but worried about the engine lasting ages.
How much to get a replacement engine also? Never really looked for prices on them.

It's a normal car engine, service it on time and treat it with care and it'll last 1,000,000 kms

Isnt there somewhere dstocks can organize new engines from 600 or am I wrong on all counts

Dwayne has gotten a few engines from Ichiban for around $600 I believe.

I've done 260kms and my engine is still going strong and is still smooth as. No smoke no rattles no leaks!
But yeah mitsubishis in my opinion need taking care of.
I've inspected/worked on hundreds of mitsubishis and usually they are very disappointing.
