That would depend upon how much your car has been lowered and whether you are running with standard wheels or with ones of a different circumference.
It might be easier to ask how much lower it sits than a standard bumper and then get out your tape measure

Ruchi - her original question asked how low it would be if the car wasnt lowered. I understand wheels and stuff come into play but i dont think they are much lower than the facelift bumper. I think the only probs you run into is the fact that the veilside bumper extends forward at the base (lowest point from front to back on the bumper) - where the normal bumpers curve back in towards the car (having the lowest point at the rear side of the bumper)

If you haven't lowered your car and it's the 16" wheels you have, then you shouldn't have any problems with it.
The only problem is that you will still see the huge gap between the front wheels and the guards.
Other than that, not much problem at all...
I have a veilside front bar but not fitted yet, and when I briefly measurred it, it was about 3am lower then the standard bar....
However, as DAZ_FTO mentioned, the veilside front bar does stick out forward a lot more so that might be some thing you will need to get used to...especially when you park some where head on....you don't want that front bar cracking on the bottom, although I don't think it'll be an issue if you haven't lowered it.....YET!!!
