Front left strut 334154?????

I did the search and understood that that front left ie passengers side was 334154.
Ordered it from car parts australia and the box is a brand new 334154 but the brake line holder is on the opposite side same with the abs. The 334154 is identical to the drivers side but I thought the drivers side was front right ie 334155???

You should be changing them both as a pair anyway, so order the other one too.

He's ordered the other side to do both. I think we might have come to the conclusion that the part numbers everyone posted are mixed around though :\

Yeah I have a feeling they're left & right based on you sitting in the car. Aka, front left is passenger, front right is drivers.

From the picture it's installed correctly.
The seat for the coil will be sitting cabin side mostly, which in that picture, it is!

The actual struts are identical, the only difference is the location of the abs sensor lines and the brake hose holders.
Various people have quoted the wrong part numbers. ...

Fronts are same as a Volvo S40. Most places stock them

Huh!
From quick inspection doing the control arm couple of weeks back it looked as though the strut top bases favored one side. *shrug*
