Hi,

Are you telling me that you know how to retrim your car doors?

If so, can you tell us how to do this as I always wanted to do it but never really knew how to do it....so...

I just didn't know where to start either...

Can you let us know how to do this?
If you know how that is...

Thank you,

I'll second that! Any info on how to do this would be greatly appreciated.

Who ever posted this is clearly ignoring us!

Well, I guess a skill like that you would like to keep it to your self huh?

Before you get angry at other people for not telling you how to do something, why don't you try to find out the information yourself?

I'm sure if you did a search on the net you'd be able to find some DIY information.

Most people on this forum are happy to help and share their knowledge, but they're not here to spoon feed others. If they don't respond to your request for information, move on and look for it elsewhere. Attacking them won't help in getting them to provide information.

Ummm...ruchi....I dont actually think he was serious.

Put the moral high horse back in the paddock. It is not needed here.

sentences on the forums can sometimes be very misleading, which is a good reason why people should use emoticons like :P   if they're kidding, or   :x if they're pissed off.....

and sometimes not everyone has all the time in the world to search for something on the internet, when they can just ask for the information here.

and im sure paladin will return here, as he created his thread, so just wait ;)

a few months ago Ruchi was giving ME the lecture on the emotion characters!! now i can sit back and watch him get rolled iwith his comments :D

*FTOluv pulls up a chair, sits back, talks a sip of his cocktail and enjoys the show*

huh? "get rolled?"

either fto12345 is pissed off, hence the  emoticon, in which case my comments stand, or if he wasn't serious then he has used the wrong emoticon to express his statement, as per Kirby's (thecook) comments.

i dont think he sounds pissed off, i reckon he used the  as a joke and  to show that he was ok with it?

Geez guys,

I just wrote a whole heap of stuff, then realised there is just no point!

I just want to say that when ever ruchi gets into a forum, it always creates a friction and arguments start to flow and most of the times it gets pretty bad unless some moderators comes in and tells people to come down, then he backs out like any thing!

So, he has started again and I don't want to have any thing to do with it!
You can put as many comments as you like, but I am not going to review this thread again!

Thanks,

Take a breath all, it appeared a very inocent statement that started this crankiness off - i guess again it was open for peoples opinion, but please if you do have a problem with a statement try to sort it out in private - and if that doesnt work - bring it to the attention of the moderators of this site rather than members finding a topic full of "poo". This topic is actually setup for the problem of retrimming the door.

So has anyone ever done the interior retrim by them self?

Daz_FTO, could not agree more (even if I did retaliate first  ). Back on topic it is then.

So, how do you go about it. Have pulled the trim off and had a look. Am guessing a stretch fabric would be easier, some upholstery glue ( or something like that) and a lot of patience?

Anyone?????
