Replacing ignition barrel

So after searching for ignition barrel i got a total of 1 hit, of which has nothing to do with how to replace it.
I need to replace the one in the mrs car with the one out of the GPR, as the drivers door lock is stuffed and wont work 90% of the time. This means ill have to change the boot passenger door and ignition barrel locks as well so i have a set that fits one key.
Started to take it out and now im stuck.
I need to remove just the barrel, or as little as possible to do with it so i have a working lock with the GPR key.
It seems im stuck on these two...fasteners?

They dont have anything to just unscrew out etc kind of like a rivet. How do these come out? Are they necessary to just get the barrel out?
Ive removed something attached to the barrel, little plastic box, and two screws which also hold the assembly to the column.

Also taken out the two plugs which seem to be attached to the whole assembly too.

It doesnt look like there is anything else i can unscrew/bolt or take out but its still solid in there, and by the looks my problem is the first picture - they just dont seem to want to come out.
Can someone please point me in the right direction!
Cheers

You cant take that off the steering column... take the whole column out and just replace that...? ive got a column out of an fto if you wanna have a look at it?
Either that or don't even worry about it as you're installing a viper alarm with central locking...

Or could get a central locking kit and not have to even use the key

So your telling me that there is no possible way to remove anything to do with the ignition barrel off the entire steering column? I highly doubt that..

I'm sure you can replace it, as you can buy replacement locks off of Camskill/Amayama.

Just removed it!

Theres a tiny hole by the back of the barrel on the outside, on the first picture, the middle red circle, about there. You need to insert a tiny allen key in put the key in and while holding pressure on the allen key turn and pull - slides right out 8)

I could have told you how to, but I was moving house, I have removed a few barrels at work and most cars are the same.
Just thought I would say, I'm catching up on threads that I missed.
