socket size required to remove the spark plug

Hi Guys,

wondering what socket number would i need to remove spark plug.

You need to either grind doen a tube socket or get a special mitsubishi spark plug tool thin enough to fit in. A regular soxket set wont fit

Standard spark plug removal socket mate. It'll have the rubber insert for grabbing the plug. And just check your jack kit in your boot. Mine had the special tool hidden in there. So much easier than wrecking a socket if you have it

Its the 16mm spark plug socket size. They do make other size plugs ;)

I've never had a different sized plug, all the ones i've ever changed have always been the same one ;)

Na I don't believe they ever came out with the vehicle, but some lucky owners like myself may have acquired them with the vehicle from previous owners. Mine was in with my jack kit ;)

Yes, it came with all mivec vehicle toolkits.

Just checked my fto tool kit....everything but the spark plug socket....FML.
Btw, how much is the going price for Iridium NGK BKR7EKC-N-11?

hey guys, is Iridium supposed to be better than Platinum?
or is it the other way around?
