It is the same as any other motor conversion.
The engine itself bolts in.
To my knowledge there are some clearance issues with the rear turbo, so some modifications are needed.
You can use your FTO gearbox.
You'd need a 6A13TT ECU. I am not entirely sure what the procedure here is but I would suspect that you plug it in though might need some additional wires, especially depending on whether your FTO is MIVEC or not to begin with.

There is quite a lot of info on this site already and some people have done this conversion so I am sure you'd be able to find everything out pretty easily

The bottom of the "2" is too sharp a bend compared to the curve on the "3". Which is what gives you the additional power and torque.
