cigarette and ignition bulb

is it possible to change the cigarette lighter bulb? pretty sure its a t10. i no ive seen a thread about it on here but couldnt find it. also what size is the ignition light? would i be able to just get some bulbs from autobarn or something? or are leds a better option im wanting to change them to blue.

heres the pics, i apologize for the quality as it is similar to photos taken using a potato!
cigarette lighter, lol when i bought the surround taz painted the clear bit where the light comes through so you cant see the ring but inside you can see the light!
ill get better pics when my phone has a lot more battery
