FTO AUSTRALIA

Well guys had to do my lifters again as they were giving me the sh*ts!

No more searching around and grabbing lifters from overseas as Nason Auto parts distribute lifters for the FTO. You can grab them from Bursons or Repco (RHT7400) for about 8-9 bucks each. Cheaper than meek and easier to get. Think lifters are made in the USA.

Lifters seem to be better qaulity than the standard ones and no more stick even on start up.



New lifter on the right compared to a standard one on the left. If you notice the standard lifter is a tad shorter than the new one. This is not because of their design, it's from the old lifter being worn down so to speak, which means too much lash (ticking)

How much are they mate I'm think about doin this as I'm pretty sure I have original ones in total they have done prob 220k but I have done an engine rebuild so not as bad

These are for the Non Mivec engines.

second, confirm with ben, but i believe the lefters from envy are for a 6a13, and have a larger oil hole...or something...

Same lifter used in 6A12 non mivec as 6A13 Envy dont sell lifters They are house & garden aftermarket 3rd gen lifters with the 3mm inlet hole

The 6A12 came with 3mm holes standard! The Nason ones are 3mm as well.

I remember my set from kempys and some mob in WA the lifters always gave me a tick here and there, but these ones I hear nothing.

Meek is way more expensive than buying the nason ones.
