Hi Members

After stuffing around for 12 months trying to get a look I want for my FTO I decided to copy the look this guy has for his FTO,,, http://www.cardomain.com/ride/3204559/1 ... ubishi-fto
to me it kind of has a look of an older porche 911 with a wide rear end look.
mines same color but a GPX,got the SSR wheels, finally managed to track down a rear wing like this guys
thought ok ill just get it painted and get my centre support boot holes filled,to my shock once the wing arrived I noticed it dont have mounting screws just 2 slots on each end.mmm how do i get this put on.
has any one had an after market wing fitted similar to this, your feed back would be most helpfull.
once the cars done ill post some pics,,after i work out how to do it,looks complecated posting pics on here ive always thought.

I meant a pic of the grooves/slits. To stick it on, I guess you could Sikaflex it. But then it wont really be very easy to get off so you have to be 100% sure, otherwise you're up for a new boot.

Just bore a thread into the spoiler bottom, then drill a hole in your boot then put a bolt through it??

Yep good looking wing :D .
Very strong double sided tape and some self tapping screws :D .
But you are better off getting it bolted on as said above.

that guys car on car domain is from columbia, when i saw his car backed to the wall on an angle the wheels sitting out and that wing sort of gave it a wide bodied rear end look to me looked like a mini porche, only thing on his car i dont like is the space over the front wheels made worse by using lower profile tyres plus i would have painted the support behind the grille black, but overall i like the look and it doesnt detract from the stock fto shape, will try to get pics up once im done.
