Ok, disaster.
I got my manaray ms6s, spigot rings and these:

I put on the wheel and the nuts but they only went on about 5 turns?!?!
When I went to really tighten them up the nuts sheared their thread.
Can anyone tell me where im going wrong?

The link you've posted is removed... never a good sign to start with.
Meanwhile, did you buy the right thread.
i.e. 1.5mm thread?

it's possible then, like our car your lugs have been shortened by the likes of a hack saw or angle grinder.
Are they all the same length and have a smooth beginning to the thread winding?
I ended up shearing 1 nut on a lug as the thread was too short and the tip of the lug was extremely serrated.
Factory nuts are toughened whereas the light weights are fine and malleable.
I hope you didnt use a rattle gun!

either wrong thread or were cross threaded. Can either run a chaser over the lug or replace (better option) and of course will need new nuts

Or you didn't have the wheel on properly and tightened to quick with an impact wrench.
