Fairly easy to replace yourself. If I can do it, anyone can.

@dstocks: sounds good, do you do postage interstate?
@supplanter: Is there any guide to follow around because I couldnt find any for this, and I dont like the idea of digging around blind!
Thanks for the replies guys, once I have done these few minor fixes, along with a major interior clean I will get some pictures up!

Sorry for the late reply! I may as well go new, BUT before I do this Im just waiting on my mate to bring his analog ohmeter so I can check that it is the problem and not something else :P If I give you a PM when I know (maybe a week) will that be ok? $40 all up sounds like a great price :D
Thank youuuu dstocks :D

Hey,

New one is $50 + $10, 2nd hand one is $30 + $10. Might have already sold the new one I have. Can order another, but unless I buy other stuff with it, postage and commission becomes rather expensive (my contact in Japan charges by the box). With this in mind, unless the other sale falls through, it might be best to wait a few weeks if you want a new one. Anyway, let me know what you want to do when you are ready.

cheers

Don't by a car with problems :(

And if you do, don't post about it on OCAU :P

haha nah it's not for me :p
My friend has an FTO that needs a new IFS
Too scared to post anything about FTOs on OCAU, I think they hate them

Thanks dstocks, its not really an immediate problem so once I have checked I will let you know, and whenerver you can get it is fine with me...unless I get an urge to fix it asap, in that case I will take what I can get from you haha! Im wondering though, if it comes and it doesnt work (meaning the IFS you send me is buggered or reading higher than .1 ohms) do you do money back with postage at buyers expense?
Im actually so glad I do physics right now :P
