i have a 95 gpx and the fog light switch when i push it my dash tail and parker lights come on is this normal? it seem pointless to have a foglight switch that turns your parkers on.
also i heard there is 2 different types of fog light/parker lights for this model? can any one shed light on this pics etc ??

Yes it normal for the parkers to go on as well, it's a safety thing.
The two lights are the round ones face lift version and oval ones pree face lift.

um mines stuffed, my fog light does as you said, but has trouble turning on the parking lights atm, use them all the time (at night) cause one of my headlights dont work? and the normal switch thing that you would use to turn your headlights on, doesnt turn on my dash :S =.=

Been covered heaps. Your fog light switch is melted due to the current of the lights going straight through the switch and is not relayed.

Unplug it and look at the back of the switch. Is it black and melted. If so, is stuffed ;)

nope unpluged it its looks brand new :) i tested it with the multi meter and with it turned on 2 are earth and the rest are power. when i took the front bar off i checked the wiring for any brakes and the wiring was good same as the wiring coming off the main harness to the fog light switch. is there any relays of fuses for the fog lights?

There are fuses in the fuse box for them. Cant remember which ones, but there is a sticky for the fuse box diagram in one of the sections

The switches have a habit of burning out but they are an easy fix. Pull it to bits and clean all the connections see if that helps.

Watch out for a small ball bearing on a spring though!

Earth?? Just find the fog light output wire and see when you press the swtich to turn on, there is voltage.

You need to relay it or the switch will keep melting.

The main positive, or should be the two wires going to the melted part of the switch.
