Fuel pump is inside the top of the fuel tank, accessible from under the rear seat (tip, undo the fuel line underneath the car to remove, don't try to undo it on the top of the tank).
Fuel regulator is on the fuel rail on the passenger side of the engine.

You'll see when you get in there. I'd recommend downloading the manuals also so you know how it all goes together.

oh you mean the fuel line, thought you meant the whole thing.
The things hard to disconnect at the top because of the weak brass pipe bends, that's what you're talking bout right....
did some investigating yesterday.

Yeah it's not actually designed to be disconnected at the top when removing. According to the manual (and past experience including many expletives

)

OK now we've got that out of the way how do i determine if there is a problem with my fuel pump or fuel reg.
is there a pressure test i can do because my suspicion is that my fuel pump is not delivering enough pressure. Because my car often struggles to start in the wrong conditions ( ! Especially after filling up with a new tank of fuel !)
I have previously changed my spark plugs and replaced starter motor after it wore out.
However i was still experiencing the same symptoms and this is what has led me to this hypotheses.

So you think you have a fuel pump/reg issue but you don't know where they are? Then you wan't to know how to test if they are faulty???
Best bet is a mechanic mate, it will take them 10 minutes and will cost ya a 20.
