Thats nothing to worry about it would only make your arm drop of if it bit you

it just looks like a garden spider, just move it's web out of the way and go on with you task at hand. Cross widow or something like that.

But what AJ has not said is that it's not fully grown yet. It's only about 1/2 the size to what it will be.

Mate, I'm from the UK too and this was my first 'big' spider experience. There's a massive story that goes with those pics somewhere on the forum, it's funny reading it but at the time it was the worst thing ever.

I've already read up on these nasty dropbears when I was in the UK and will be very mindful when walking in the bush, is it these critters?
