squeaky door?

hey guys, my driver side door, squeaks a lot when i open/close i know it might be a simple mechanical thing, but does anyone have a solution to it?

Marine grease, that's what I used. I guess you could use normal grease but I thought if I used marine grease it would make it last a bit longer as the joint normally gets water/moisture on it.

Tried dry lube and some other things on Aza's car to get rid of his.. In the end, WD40 was the best.. And I don't think the squeak has come back yet??

Yep I tried almost every thing and WD40 was the winner.

I once ripped my entire door apart, window & everything looking for a squeak, only to find a quick shot of WD40 on the hinge sorted it

I just leave mine like that... I love that vintage door squeak chime. I think it's part of the character of the car!
