Yeah you need some skirts ASAP. At the moment it looks like a mullet. Business at the front, party at the back.

Thats the layout of my plan.

At my age, on my wage, I dont need elaborate plans of doing it in stages etc with me doing bits myself just to penny pinch.

Here it is -> fix it. When you do, you get some money.
