those who participated in the navigational test @ mallacoota will understand this little' joke but never mind... LoL
seriously Kirbs, go to JR @ Box Hill (Station St) and ask for Rex - he'll be able to fix you up and tell him I sent you and they'll take care of the rest...

Does the old lady not have a license or not have insurance?
If no license did you report her to the police?
Regardless of whether she has insurance or not, do you? If so, why not just let the insurance company handle it? It's not your fault, so you won't pay an excess and you won't have to worry about getting two quotes for her and chasing her up for the cash etc.

she doesnt have a licence.
i'll report it to the cops after she pays, coz last time something like this happend (guy in a truck reversed into a friends car, he gave us a old address, and did a runner, we went to cop shop n asked for his new address n they wouldnt give it to us, telling us that its not their problem to go and get him to pay......)
yeh i have insurance too, but since i dont have a licence and i'm only covered for 3rd party, it wont help...

Cause it become a civil matter & it sucks, like i said before in other posts, the law in australia are to protect crims & scums. And no text book going 2 help u.

cops are such tightarses
i was in my friends car yesterday, he forgot to turn on his headlight, and when the cops drove past they were staring at us, they did a u turn and looked like they were following us... we kept driving, parked outside a shop and got out of the car really quick so we wouldnt have to deal with the cops.. as we were walking to the shop, the cop car drives speeding down, breaks hard with the blue n red lights flashing.... they both quickly jump out n ask us for our licence... they gave us sh*t for driving a car that wasnt under our name, gave us sh*t for being in box hill, .... i mean all this because we forgot to turn on our headlight?....
anyway, does this club have any affiliation with panel beaters in melb?

they woudlnt have known it wasnt our car if they didnt ask us for our licence
it was cold nite, we wanted to get inside quickly (which was true!!)
forgot to turn on headlight, coz we just pulled out of a car park space, when they just coincidentally drove past, headlights were quickly turned on when my frnd realised it wasnt on....
