You need the special C spanner for this.
Lift the car off the ground (or wheel).
"unlock" the two bases with the c spanner. You have to twist them in opposite directions.
Then lower the bottom base (the one that does not hold the spring) to the desired height, and then lower the base that holds the spring. Make sure you tighten them against each other to "lock".

Keep in mind that dropping the spring 1cm does not equal 1cm lowering of the car. Generally 1cm of coilover adjustment is closer to 2cm lowering (this differs front to rear)

Wait, you have coilovers? hmm...

If you do, just get the 2 C-wrenches... Hopefully the adjustment mechanism is the same as mine - then i'll help ya out.... pretty easy.

Is it the suspension that I put in it or have you changed it?

anyway, i noticed after i got new tyres the suspension/shocks became less stiff in comparison to before. is this a sign to get new ones? :? or needs adjusting?

Yeah, they're not adjustable. but you do have Tein top mounts on the front so that you can adjust the camber etc.
I wouldn't replace them if I were you, they're practically brand new. They will be 2 years old in a few weeks and I didn't drive the car that much.

yeah i wasnt going to replace them, its just the ride felt less stiff so i thought it wouldve been the shocks or what not. but by the looks of it must be the new tyres.

btw anyone know how much for a new oil sending unit? i have an oil leak and apparently its the oil sending unit. we got a major service done a few months ago including seals, so the mechanic said i need a new oil sending unit. the cars been leaking on and off lately. nothing major but its dripping on the tiles in the garage.
any ideas?
