A friend is selling some 35th anniversary 350z wheels (f18x8/r18x8.5) with +30 offset. Would these fit on onto my stock suspension and brake set up without and major fender work and or slip on spacers?
Cheers

Quite possibly...
I reckon you'd lose your plastic under gaurding up front thou...

It's gone on the passenger side already from when my wheel went to play in the engine bay. I'll see if I can fit a front and a rear, see what the fitment is like

MY 18x8.5 +35 offset fouled on rear trailing arm, so I bought 5mm spacers for rears however then tyres rubbed on outer gaurd, will have to get them rolled.
In saying that mine is rather low and had no issues with front fitment but do run coilovers so room is little better and already ditched splash shields

Would the slight offset difference be enough to save me buying some spacers?

Not sure mate test fit with tyres first
