Hi guys,

Does anyone know how much a complete FTO seat weighs?
I have Type R black suede seats on Evo rails and they weigh in at 20kg each

Thats masssive!

Yes they are extremely heavy.
I think Bride seats on average are half that.
I had FTO seats before on Lancer rails but never weighed them
They were nice, and looked good, but ultimately lacked the support of the Recaros which are fantastic

It's a bit heavier than expected with only 3kg per seat difference.

Relatively they're probably not that heavy.

My sparco race seat is 10kg & bride rails 6kg, so only 1kg less than a stock seat.

I'm gonna piss of the bride rails soon though so that'll shave off 5kg

But then your seats will not be adjustable?
Which I assume would mean you'd need to remove rear seats and register it as a 2 seater?

Do you know how much those bride carbon back seats weigh?
I always thought 20kg for the Recaros was a lot but it seems maybe it's only a handful of kg more than "good"
