Hey Guys,

I'm about to sent my FTO in to get it's engine seals and gaskets done; as well as timing belt, pulleys, water pump, lightweight flywheel and exedy hd clutch. Is there anything else worth doing whilst the engine is out of the car?

Don't really want to spend lots of extra $$$$ as this already is gonna cost me a fair bit.

Cheers guys,
Cameron

Lol nah no lsd for me.. and ll the other seals are going to be done as well.

Oil, of course will be done.

Fuel filter - I'll add that to the list, thanks Dras

Spark Plugs and Tappets - I'll add the spark plugs to the list. As for the tappets, what the approximate cost on replacing those? and is it worth replacing them. Engine has done 145xxx km

Cheers guys, really appreciate the responses

is yours a GPX or GR?
If a GPX u just need to adjust em. While u would need to replace them if yours is a GR Look at the DIY thread for it. Since u got the engine out might as well do it rather than trouble yourself and spend more money later to get rid of the damn ticking noise.
