ARC Airbox Help.

Hey everyone,

I have currently got an ARC airbox which is a little worse for wear.

Firstly, the car that it came from in japan (i believe) was in an accident because the box is mangled quite a bit where it screws into the bracket on the bonnet support stick.

I've polished it so it shines again as this beautiful piece should, but the dints and bend kind of wreck it.

Question: Do you know how I would go about flattening it out? I tried myself but its decent strength Aluminum.

Also, for those who own one, what kind of filter (other than the sh*tty K&N paper filter) fits the box? Like a foam type one.

Fanks.

Yeah, I was starting to think that this was the only solution. Every online retailer of ARC products is no longer stocking anything.

I'll track something down.

But does anyone have any ideas about the dints? Would a panel beater be able to do it or is it too small for them?

You could get it pulled but you will want to spray it after.

I used a cut filter in mine
