Performance difference in POD filters?

Hey guys,
just wondering is there any actual performance difference between different POD filter makers?
I currently have a TFI Racing POD filter that I'm about to fit, which is the same one shown here:

But what would the actual difference be in getting a better brand such as K&N or HKS?

It's all about flow rate vs filter efficiency.
Basically, you would want something that performs with best flow rate for performance while maintaining a reasonable filtration capability which is what an air filter suppose to do.
Have a look at the test below.

Apart from the flow rate of air/pod filter element, performance gain also largely depends on your intake pipe setup especially for our high-revving natural aspirated engine.
For example, the curvature/design of whale penis intake piping from UAS induced the best performance gain for GPX.
Another thing to note is cold air intake. But that's out of topic so i'll leave that at the moment.

Thanks for the info, it seems the most expensive brands aren't always the most efficient. I'll be doing a new intake pipe and cold air box so I guess all the performance is there
