Checked every possible thing that can be checked on the engine everything is topped up. First started when I use to slam the breaks, now when ever, let go of the accelerator

Im thinking it can be a faulty sensor? :s

It means your washer fluid is empty.

Thanks a million silvergpx. It worked, im just releived it was a quick fix

It's funny how there is no low coolant light but there is a low washer bottle light. First sign of low coolant is when your temp meter rises.

Woman at my work drove the car, leaking water with low oil until the car stopped.

She went on to buy another car.............................. did the same thing
