this happens when i race it hard on the highway (~6k rpm).. every now n since i have to add about 1.5 litre of water every morning.. also my gearbox starts to jerks when it change to 2nd gear n then starts in limp mode, i have to restart the engine to remove the limp mode..

didn't see any external leak though.. checked my engine oil dip stick it's still black, fans n waterpump all working.. my car doesn't have thermostat though when i bought it.. this is my 2nd time i hv overheating problems.. the first time it f*cked up my atf cooler pipes n coolant seeps into my gearbox.. now i already replaced it with used gearbox.. i feel like thrashing the car already.. anyone would like to help?? :(

take the radiator out, and blast it with a garden hose and give it a bang on the side. Also try and block up one side and let the pressure build up and release. Probably just a blocked up rad.

Don't put water in. Put something green/blue instead.

Did you replace the radiator the first time? If it was leaking into the ATF cooler then it's not going to stop
