I hope we get this place

We have had a couple of viewings on this place and have we have just made a offer today, the misus is completely in love with the place.
Im more intrested in the hanger, already got plans for big man cave nice seating area where I can sit down and watch tv next to my car or even in my car
Pool table the works.
Funny all I have ever wanted was double garage only had singles upto now, just want a place where I can park my car and work on it.
Owning this place will be like having my cake and eating it.

Yea thiers definatly enough room for a bonfire
They say offers around 850,000 and our first offer is 865,00. It was up for 1.25 million 12 months ago, but its buyers market up here at the moment which works good for us.
Ben are you looking at moving to QLD? What would all the sydney siders do without you?

Ben far north nsw sounds good as thats where I am
AJ I manage a Rc hobby section of a shop, I have to commute a hour to work and back everyday, which I dont mind as its in the fto

They rejected our first offer
Going to let them stew for a week and then submit another offer

i hear Hobart is a beautiful place to settle down. Not much traffic. amazing twisty roads roads. You could do all the scenic targa stages.
