Ok looks like I cant head up to the bonfire because I cant take off on Fri to go with the vic crew :( Means I cant get the stuff from Dwayne. So basically my boot only has the fabric lining but no board hence I cant put my subbie in. Now went to Bunnings and they said to ise a Masonite board instead. Anyone with other ideas instead? Using the saw on it is hard work lolz

Well its the board just to cover the spare tyre. Jus look at your boot, lift the carpet up and you will get what i mean. It must be hard enough to take the weight of my woofer though. Bunnings recommended me this board called masonite but its kinda heavy :( and need a saw to cut it into shape.

i dont have a spare tyre lol
i do have that bit of wood some where around the house but u live in melb
easyest option would be remove your sub for the trip down
mdf wil sag if its to thin or gets wet ( trick is use some pvc glue and coat it so seal it )
