Viking Express are a good company.

They have a a major depot in Perth and Melbourne. I'm not sure on price so you'd need to call up;

Depo to depo is cheaper then house to house and more costly if the car is non driveable

$1200 on average. varies by one to two hundred generally, across different companies.
A little more, for house to house delivery.
Depot to depot is slightly cheaper.

Take about 2 weeks or more.

Nothing extra must be in the car, besides the standard tool kit and spare wheel.

OR

If you can do it by train, it will be $800, or so, I think.
The only difference is, someone HAS to be there, when the train arrives, for collection.
