Hey guys as you know I take the car to the drags every week I can when they are on. All of last years efforts got the car down to a 14 flat at 100mph. Now doing this I had no traction most of the way down the strip. I'm looking into some Mickey Thompson drag slicks for the car now do you think 255/60r16 will fit on the front of the car I have coilovers.
When drag season comes I will try and get into the low 13s with traction I hope.

stock wheels? they should fit and run well in a straight line,
though a lower profile would suit better if you're not running lower psi

The 245-55/60 sounds good as you need the side wall flex when running the strip ( better grip )

Just get some fkn semis man. I can now control my power with a simple set of Khumo KU36s.
Or learn how to launch

I found them good in wet so far but havent really pushed hard in wet conditions either but felt comfortable in normal wet driving conditions

*shrugs*
When i had rt615s, i gave it in corners in the wet. Not everyone drives the same and if sharing my experiences gives someone info on a product they have that affects their safety, i would share it.
Beware if your S compound isn't up to temp, not only will you have crummy traction and cornering performance, you will have rubbish braking distance as well.
