hey guys, the other day i cleared up my foggy headlights.

while doing so my dad who was helping me sprayed some METHO inside one of em.

It worked to disperse water in the fog lights but on the headlights all its done is left an ugly streaky film...

what can i do to get rid of the metho marks

If you live in NSW, drive your car to Redfern or Dubbo or similar places.
Park your car there for a night, and then when you pick it up in the morning, the headlights will be clean.

If you're going to do it properly... isopropyl alcohol, microfibre towelettes, thin rod.

Tie the towelette to the rod, isopropyl on it, insert through the bulb holes and clean up interior of lens. Then again with dry towel. Maybe then apply Rain-X to the inside to stop any more moisture.

Fiddly job to do. Would be easier job if you don't mind taking bumper and headlights off.... but that'll take longer.
