As you know i got rear ended, and now my car its back to looking like new! picked it up today (:
looked, good, drive was awesome after 2 months of not having my fto, and bout 10 min away from home , my clutch went all soft and no pressure against my foot... i was confused as i never had a problem with the clutch..
and after a few more gear changes it got worse and now to the point i will be with the clutch all the way in and tapping it trying to get it to change gears...
hopefully the clutch hasnt died and only needs to be tightened??
if clutch is dead how much is it for a new one?
any ideas whats the issue, good day turns into another problem!
also after i fix this clutch im selling my fto, as much as i reget it, dosnt work to well when im at uni.

First thing I would check would be that you have clutch fluid. If there is a leak air would start to fill the system and you would get a spongy feel.
If you still have clutch fluid, check the slave cylinder (if you follow the piping from where the clutch fluid is filled (master cylinder) you end up at the slave cylinder). You want someone to press the clutch in and out and check that the tip of the slave cylinder is moving in and out.
Only if the slave cylinder is working as expected (moving in and out) should you start blaming the clutch. By the way you described it (gradual failure), I would thing it is a fluid leak, which should be much easier & cheaper to resolve.

Sounds like when my slave cylinder went. Every time you put your foot on the clutch pedal, she'll spit another gob full over the street.

Not if you haven't confirmed thats what the problem is....
Having said that, the price is pretty good.
