Hey, guys!
I'm really into FTO's and im looking to get one for my first car. I haven't got my Red P's yet and i'm still on my L's, so that means i have like around a year to save up. What type of FTO for me would be best? and how much would one cost?

Just wondering also, what's the max number (sorry, don't know my cars to well, but i think it's kph..? correct me if i'm wrong) on the speedometer of a FTO GpvR?

Thanks Guys.
I was also wondering what's the difference between a GPX and a GPvR? They both go the same speed, don't they?

And how much would a GPX with the 2nd version facelift cost?

Sorry for all the questions :? , don't know much about FTO's but they are nice looking machines and i really want one for my first car.

Hey gpvrs are lighter compared to the gpx's,about 50kg i think, and they dont have climate control like the gpx's have and they also have a bigger rear spoiler and the front seats come in blue red or black.Other than that they are the same.

Expect to pay between $6000-10,000 for a facelift gpx,and forget the tiptronic auto models manuals are heaps better.

Also add to the list on the gpvr:- LSD, abs, biger sway bars, strut top braces front and back, a little lower than the gpx.
That's all I can think of at this time.

GPvR is a limited edition and much sort after, that's why you won't come across many. If you find one in reasonable condition, snap it up. Aza has a GPvR. WTTC. Don't believe all you read about tip tronic's either...

Thanks for the warm welcome guys, you guys are pretty helpful too! :D

I was also wondering, which model was the most potential? (performance wise)

Well depends if your after a N/A car or you wanna turbo it later on, it's far easier to turbo a GR, although if you were to turbo it most of us would just say to drop a 4g63 or 6a13tt in there, they have real potential ;) if your after an NA then gpvr, or a gpx if you want but you'll be missing out on a LSD ;)

Goodluck!

WTTC!

theres a lot of debate in your question there,

if you wanna go turbo, the GR (or GX) is the easiest, but for N/A any Mivec engine is best... though the GPvR will have a slight weight advantage over the GPX, plus a LSD

its a very personal choice...

right now im looking for a GPvR, have been for a while
