Dunno who'd be interested, but I have a bunch of IT sh*t I need to move, all acquired from a recent work data centre clean out.

For starters, I have:
2 x 8 port KVM switches (rack mountable)
1 x IBM x336 Server (1 RU rack mount)
1 x IBM x3250 Server (1 RU rack mount)

Coming up, if I get the go ahead...
X x 16 drive slot IBM SAN drive enclosures (Fibre channel)
1 x IBM Fibre SAN controller
1 x IBM Blade Centre
XX x Blades to suit the blade centre... there friggen dozens of them, twin CPU & quad.

Plus 12 tonne of both fibre & Cat 6 patch leads....

i know its better... i just couldnt work out how to make it work in the modern day...

they are putting in fibre phone lines (for the whole shopping centre) in our basement dry store... convertors and sh*t for standard phone lines... coulda grabbed any of it but i dont get how fibre works so its pointless LOL

though the guy installing all the sh*t said you can convert it quite easily, it just costs a lot

There's a range. From 20m thru to 1m.

damn, if you had used rack switches and patch panels I'd take thse off your hands.

no, but I'd like at a minimum 12 port. ultimately 16...

though I'm also 1000mb network, so not holding my breath.

Nope. PoE switches tend to be snapped up quicker than laptops... expensive buggers. Why the need for PoE anyway?

I want to run IP camera's and dont want to have to wire extra power points to where they are going.

Edit: I may even have a few IP cameras for sale too...
