150k service

Hey all

Just need some help,
My FTO has done about 155k kms and I never got around to servicing it at 150 (like I should have), all it got was an oil filter change, that's about it.

However I noticed today that it doesn't seem to have as much power as it should and that its a bit more resistant to going into gear.

So I want to give it a good proper service,
So I have two options
a) I was wondering if anyone here can help me give this car a good service? (as my mechanical knowledge is limited at best)
or
b) knows a good, trustworthy mechanic (with experience with FTOs or at least performance cars) that is in Western Sydney.??

PS. What things should it get done at 150k?
Thanks :)

I'd do:
* Engine Oil
* Box Oil
* Plugs
* Fuel Filter
* Air filter (replace if stock item, service if aftermarket oil based pod)

General check over other things like brake pads, brake fluid, oil seals etc.

Normally I say 2 cases of beer to do it, but because I've so many god damn beer jobs lately, my fridge is over flowing with beer :lol:
I'll do it for $100 bucks and you pay for parts.

That'd be awesome :) Can I watch/learn/help? haha

What days are good for you? We can tee something up?
Parts shouldn't be hard to get, they are all things that auto stores normally have in stock hey?
