Vacuum line, brake pad is hard to push down when engine off

I have just recently replaced the Vacuum line in between the brake booster and intake manifold, and i found out there is a one way valve inside the vacuum hose.
Now my brake pad is hard to push down when engine off
Just want to know if i can just buy the Vacuum valve somewhere
or I need to replace the whole hose.

The brakes pressurise when you press them when engines off.
I'm not sure why that would be an issue especially if the engines off?

It is a safety issue,
things can still go wrong ever engine is off.

The hose you have selected is not rated for vacuum.
Have a look at the hose just after the manifold, it's colapsed.

Because I need to dig the hose up to take photo,that's why it look like it.
It is dead straight when i put it back to the position.
Thanks if dstock you have it, how much that hose would cost?
