Pretty minor stuff mate

loose wiring on drivers floor.
Cable tie up - $2

brake pedals creeps on reapplication, vehicle unsafe for use
Replace brake fluid check pads - $5-$50 depending on whether you do it or a mechanic does

rhf park,ind Assembly contains moisture
Drill small hole at bottom of light $0

exhaust resonance excessive
New muffler - $200 or the cheap way...
Grab some chicken wire roll it up in a ball and shove it down the exhaust pipe that will quiet it down then remove after inspection.

original air filter requires fitting
Thats BS but anyway borrow a standard one of someone here and then just re fit your old afterwards

engine oil leaks
Just clean the engine down with some degreaser

holes require filling in interior trim panels
WTF? Seriuosly never take your car back to this guy. Ill need pics to know what your talking about

battery clamp missing
Super cheap about $15

Yep, he was trying to fleece you. Probably would have tried to charge you a couple of grand to fix. Half these things are not required for roadworthyness

Well it is illegal for HIM to sell a car without one. SO you could easily get him in sh*t.

Since when? You can sell your car un-rego'd = un certificated.

Un rego'ed car is fine but if it is registered it must have a safety cert and if this kid just brought a unregistered car and thinks it aint gonna have issues well then....... that would be like taking 3 times to get the right fto
