Some say do it once and forget about it, others say do it regularly.
What does everyone on here think and do themselves? (from a street driven scenario - I know track is different)
I last replaced mine a year ago when I got the car. Should I chuck some new stuff in with my next service?

I would change it every 50000-80000K's but that would still be over kill.

Short answer is "when it needs to be changed".
It should be checked every 20,000k but will usually last double that and more but that all depends on how it is driven and how good a condition the box is in.
Oh and the above is referring to manual box
