1) What is the fuel tank capacity of the 1995 GPX?
2) Are the throttles normally so light your foot aches from holding it off (yeah yeah - laugh all you want!)

Nope, 70lts
I had a drain plug installed, completely drained it and refilled it, with foam installed it took 68lts.

Then pull it out of gear. Leaving the clutch depressed for extended periods will cause premature wear of the thrust bearing - aka box out to replace.

Servo's arent dodge the pumps actually calibrated to compensate for when the fuel shrinks, so your getting that little bit extra. Also I filled up my car 65L just after they calibrated the pumps and it had just reached the fuel light so still had that 3 litres or so left. So yes id say it has around a 70L tank up to the spout.

if it's a 70L tank, then 5 or 10L is unusable...
I've actually ran out of fuel before (as in I had to call RACQ to come to me on the side of the rd), and when I filled it up after, I only managed to squeeze in just over 60L (including the 5L RACQ put it), have to admit I didn't fill it up till it spilled out. And once before I have sqeezed in 64L, but that did overflow.
just my 2 cents worth
