Peeling Headlights! - yuck?

hey guys just realised my head lights are all rough left one is really bad and the right headlight starting to get worse.
I've seen a couple of methods to get rid of this, but id rather leave it to the guys with the fto's for help!

What is your location? If you are around the SYD area I can give you a hand to fix them.
If not the is a DIY on how to fix them in the DIY area.
