if paypal charged your credit card for it, you can just get your credit card company to dispute it.
of course that's if you used your credit card... :(

I've had no problem with them and had nice customer service...on the other hand... :P

Why don't you send the gear knob back? He probably didn't want to send the rest of your things incase you kept the 2nd knob...

lol i must've been real tired when i read that, thought you sent the 2nd one back already.
yeah for the time been, give him the benefit of the doubt.... you never know, maybe he's not responding because he's away or something. it's very easy for a little bit of misunderstanding to snow ball into a full blow problem.

This forum is not the place to rubbish other companies, whether they are approved traders or not. It opens the club up to libel lawsuits and other legal nasties. There are always two sides to every story and until we have heard both sides this thread will remain locked.
