Back Rocker Cover Leak?

What does that mean and how much will it cost to patch?
leaking from rear rocker cover gasket (same as front but under intake manifold)
easy fix just need to replace the gasket about $30 or so from memory
just remove manifold and then rocker cover and change gasket, may aswell change plugs and leads while in there
