Idle up and down???

HI guys, since the weather is getting cold in Sydney,every morning when i start my FTO,I can barely start the car straight way . I need to keep stepping on the panel for a while until the car warms up(or at least 20 seconds) and then the idle maintains normal.whats problem will be with my car? Some one said its a stepper motor,but others said it may also be some kinds of sensor ~~??

If your engine is not holding revs on cold start up most likely it will be the stepper. Check it with a multi meter.

u recon its nothing wrong about the fuel pump??
